I’m excited to share two new things with you.
1.Wild Alchemy now has a QUIZ designed to help assess how your work situation stacks up against several critical areas that directly impact a company’s success. The framework is based on patterns I’ve observed across dozens of organization cultures I’ve assessed, repaired, and reset over the years.
There are three key areas the quiz explores:
Efficiency + Productivity
Energy + Impact
Connection + Alignment
You’ll receive immediate results outlining your scores in each category, along with links to content designed to help strengthen weaker areas and build on what’s already working.

2. In other news: I’ll be in Chicago June 15–16!
This trip came together quickly, and it stirred up something I’ve been missing lately: rooms full of smart, curious, creative people talking shop, swapping stories, reconnecting, and laughing too loudly over drinks.
So I thought I’d ask:
