Meet Lynette
I have worked for some of the biggest and best brands in the world as an ad agency strategist and consultant for creative businesses. I've seen common ills get swept away quickly with a series of 10 degree shifts in thinking and behavior. I started speaking because clients asked me to share research and my thinking to activate groups and gain alignment. Turns out lots of people lovec to hear about how to make brands magnetic and cultures sing.
After creating a brand strategy, my clients and students weren't sure where to start. So I unpacked how I do what I do to help create good work.
Once I realized I could teach strategists to be more creative and creatives to be more strategic--and teach everyone how to think about business and brands in a useful way--AND help them make time and space to think and talk to each other more effectively, big results showed up quickly, easily and predictably. It's a series of 10 degree shifts that can make people, teams and companies wildly successful.
